Chinmayy Suhas Pathak, through his firm C S Pathak & Co., is engaged in the field of Direct Tax Litigation, with primary focus on Income Tax Litigation and dispute resolution. He regularly represents matters before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), with a primary presence in Pune and handling matters across India. His practice is centred around detailed legal analysis, structured representation and application of judicial precedents in complex tax proceedings.

This website is a dedicated knowledge platform focused on publishing expert-level articles on income tax law, litigation strategy and evolving jurisprudence. The content is intended to provide in-depth analysis of practical issues, legal interpretations and procedural aspects relevant for professionals and litigating taxpayers.

Alongside his litigation practice, he is actively involved in the application of Artificial Intelligence in the legal domain. He is the winner of the ICAI AI Hackathon (Season 3), where he developed LitiGaid, a custom GPT-based tool designed to assist Chartered Accountants in identifying complex legal defects and procedural issues in income tax notices and proceedings. He has also developed Appealyser, a platform focused on daily analysis and summarisation of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal decisions across India.
